How to Pre-Register for Nodusfall

This is the most common complaint in r/Nodusfall — three separate threads report the same problem. Before assuming the site is broken, work through these in order.

"I signed up but never got a confirmation email."

HoYoverse has not confirmed that a confirmation email is part of the flow. Community reports suggest pre-registration may complete silently — the success state is the on-screen confirmation, not an inbox message. Check spam and any promotions tab before retrying.

"The button does nothing / the page won't submit."

The official site is region-gated and heavily scripted. The usual culprits, in order: an ad-blocker or privacy extension stripping the signup widget, a stale cached page (hard-refresh), and VPN/region mismatches — signing in from a region that differs from your account's registered region can silently fail.

"It says I'm already registered."

Pre-registration is tied to your HoYo account, the same one used for Genshin Impact or Honkai: Star Rail. If that account already signed up — including via an earlier announcement page — a second attempt will report a duplicate rather than a new success.

"Does pre-registering guarantee beta access?"

No. Pre-registration is the visible channel for launch news and future beta invitations, but HoYoverse has not stated that registration guarantees a beta slot. Completing the questionnaire is the part most likely to matter for selection.
